In Fab Tycoon, you turn dials as a fabricator process tech ’til you’re turning heads as the big balls shotcaller for a silicon empire. Along the way you’ll get help from your trusty advisors to oversee it all, as well as butt heads with fierce competitors and regulatory bodies as you scale.
The story begins in an early 1980s CMOS lab, with little automation and an entire nascent industry to shape.
FAB!
Rewrite the regulations and the playbook on what’s possible, all from the comfortable precision of the first-person engineering view. When that gets tedious, zoom out to the isometric overseer view and let your advisors handle it.
How does it play?
Fab Tycoon marries the distinct factory game playstyles by allowing you to walk the fab floor in first person, but also giving you the option to seamlessly transition to an isometric management overview.
Roadmap
Very early prototyping in Godot. It’s getting shaped in between Riftdelve sprints, borrowing some systems from it.
